Starting a conversation
A direct message to the bot starts a conversation automatically. If you share multiple servers, the bot asks which one to use. You can also specify the server:
modmail SERVER-ID your messageFor multiple open conversations, use #TICKET-ID message to reply.
Replying as a support team
Write a message in the Modmail channel. The bot sends it directly to the requester. You can also reply from the dashboard. Messages starting with !internal remain internal team notes.
