We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless participation is required by applicable law.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 establishing that platform was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025.

Aethor is an independently operated Discord bot and software service.

The service may interact with Discord and other third-party platforms, APIs or infrastructure providers where this is necessary to provide its functionality.

Discord, its name, trademarks and related branding belong to their respective rights holders. Aethor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with Discord Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise indicated, content created specifically for Aethor, including original texts, graphics, branding, design elements and software-related materials, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, logos, product names and other protected designations remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party products, services or trademarks do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or partnership unless this is expressly stated.
